Management Team

• Randell Casey - CEO, Managing Partner - Randell is the CEO and founder of Treaty Oak Consulting, Inc. He has 25 years experience as an executive, project manager and systems engineer leading and managing personnel in delivering IT projects for the military and private sector. He has extensive computer training, including knowledge of multiple networking environments and business software packages. His primary emphasis has been the care and supervision of technical personnel and equipment. He has been an advisor and been responsible for multi-million dollar budgets for the government and is recognized as a leader in Cyber Security and Defenses – advising key corporate, government and military constituents.  In addition Randy is a retired Colonel of the Texas National Guard where he commanded the Information Operations Division.

• Larry Halle - Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer - Larry has extensive exprience in technology operations, informations security, information architecture and technology governance processes. Prior to joining Treaty Oak as one of its founders Larry was a Technology Executive in the Texas National Guard. He has maintained an illustrious career in the Military and Civilian life. Larry holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland and a Masters degree in Technology from Central Michigan University.
